integrate the necessity of “making money” and the desire to “do
the right thing” in terms of sustainability and social responsibility.

Alain works with leaders as an executive coach, and consults to
organizations on strategy and development using group
processes.  He blends extensive business knowledge with a
deep sensitivity to the dynamics of human interaction.

educational organization recently acquired by US venture company, Meritas.  In 2007, Alain
resumed his full time work with Business Advisors Network which he founded in 2002.

Prior to 2002, Alain was a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Securities in New York, in
charge of telecom financings, and oversaw a $3bn portfolio of  investments in debt and
equity.  In that capacity, he worked closely with the management teams of numerous
companies.  He has also held positions on the boards of directors of several mid-sized
manufacturing and telecom companies.

Alain earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (Phoenix, AZ).  He
holds an MA and a Political Science Degree from the University of Lyon (France). He is a
