Andy Cocker is a Leadership Coach and Team Facilitator. He helps organizations develop the attitudes, skills and practices for healthy and sustainable high performance. He has been a coach and consultant since 2001, with broad experience in Europe, the US and South America.
Prior to moving into the consulting world, Andy worked for 10 years in marketing, sales and project management with Perkins Group, Whitbread and Sainsbury’s. Andy is a Director for the British Ecuadorean Chamber of Commerce and Honorary British Consul. He is fluent in Spanish.
